The Auditor General today released her 2018 Report on the Audit of the Province’s Financial Statements, her first since assuming the role. The report provides an unqualified (“clean”) audit opinion on the Consolidated Summary Financial Statements for the year ending March 31, 2018, and comments on government’s approach to fiscal management over the short and long term.

Auditor General, Julia Mullaley, delivered her report to the House of Assembly today on the Update on Recommendations from the December 2014 and June 2015 Reports on Reviews of Departments and Crown Agencies. The report provides an overview of the implementation status of 131 recommendations made in these reports that included 17 organizations.
