The Honourable Siobhan Coady, Minister of Natural Resources, participated this week in the annual SPE Offshore Europe conference held in Aberdeen, Scotland. This conference is one of Europe’s leading engineering and petroleum events and was attended by a Newfoundland and Labrador delegation, including members of the supply and service industry and all levels of government.
