Fisheries and Land Resources

The Honourable Gerry Byrne, Minister of Fisheries and Land Resources, will address the Egg Farmers of Newfoundland and Labrador during their Annual General Meeting tomorrow (Tuesday, March 12) at 12:00 p.m. at the Delta St. John’s Hotel, 120 New Gower Street. Minister Byrne will speak about opportunities to expand egg production to support The Way Forward commitment to increase food self-sufficiency and employment in agriculture.

The Honourable Gerry Byrne, Minister of Fisheries and Land Resources, will join seafood buyers and suppliers from around the world at Seafood Expo North America 2019 in Boston on March 16. Minister Byrne will host a reception and meet with industry experts and seafood representatives responsible for sourcing products, equipment and services.

The event takes place at the Town of Clarenville Council Chambers, 99 Pleasant St., at 9:30 a.m.
