Drivers Urged to Stay off Roads in Parts of Nova Scotia
Public Works -- Motorists are being urged to stay off the roads today, January 15, if possible due to whiteout conditions and road conditions in the following counties: Digby, Kings, Annapolis, Lunenburg, Queens, Shelburne, Yarmouth, Hants, Halifax, Colchester, Cumberland and Pictou. The eastern portions of the province are also starting to experience reduced visibility.
