Nearly 500 sections of damaged paved and gravel roads and 60 road shoulders have been repaired since last weekend’s record storm caused severe flooding and damaged many roads and bridges.

Newly Twinned Section of Highway 104 Opens, Project Nears Completion
Public Works -- After more than three years, millions of cubic metres of earth moved and thousands of tonnes of asphalt put down, the Highway 104 twinning project is nearly complete, providing safer driving for people travelling in Pictou and Antigonish counties.
New Water Infrastructure in Antigonish
Municipal Affairs and Housing -- The Province is investing almost $2 million in water and wastewater infrastructure upgrades that will help the Town of Antigonish and the Municipality of the County of Antigonish prepare for future growth.
