Newfoundland and Labrador and Québec partner to develop the Labrador Trough and enhance road infrastructure

The governments of Newfoundland and Labrador and Québec are working together to grow their respective economies by developing the Labrador Trough and improving road infrastructure. This collaboration will facilitate the development of mining potential, as well as promote the creation of high quality jobs to benefit Indigenous and non-Indigenous populations in both provinces. The two provinces will also work together to improve transportation infrastructure, further developing an economic corridor that links Newfoundland and Labrador to Québec.
4-H Funding Helping to Grow Youth Agriculture

The Department of Fisheries and Land Resources is providing a $50,000-operating grant to 4-H Newfoundland and Labrador to help the organization deliver agriculture-based programming to youth in the province.

Minister Mitchelmore Announces Launch Date of Provincial Parks Campsite Reservation System
