Mr. Speaker, I rise today on behalf of the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador to offer condolences to the families and friends of those affected by the horrific bus accident earlier this month in Saskatchewan that claimed the lives of 16 members of the Humboldt Broncos hockey team. One of the young men lost that day, Parker Tobin, had ties to this province.
