Hurricane Fiona / Education and Early Childhood Development / Emergency Management Office -- Les classes sont annulées le lundi 26 septembre dans les Centres régionaux pour l’éducation suivants : Halifax, Cap-Breton-Victoria, Strait et Chignecto-Central. Les classes sont également annulées dans les écoles du Conseil scolaire acadien provincial (CSAP) situées dans la région du nord et dans le Grand Halifax.
Public School Classes Cancelled in Cape Breton, Halifax Regional Municipality, Northeast Region Monday
Hurricane Fiona / Education and Early Childhood Development / Emergency Management Office -- Public school classes are cancelled for Monday, September 26, in Halifax Regional Centre for Education, Cape Breton-Victoria Regional Centre for Education, Strait Regional Centre for Education and Chignecto-Central Regional Centre for Education. Classes in Conseil scolaire acadien provincial schools (CSAP) in its northern and metro groups are also cancelled Monday.

Simon Morrison Homicide Added to Rewards Program
Justice -- The government is offering a reward of up to $150,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the homicide of 18-year-old Simon Morrison of Halifax.
Extension for Judge to Conclude Desmond Fatality Inquiry
Justice -- The conclusion of the Desmond Fatality Inquiry has been extended to allow Judge Warren Zimmer to continue his work.
James Leggate Forestry Named Woodland Owner of the Year
Natural Resources and Renewables -- The winner of the provincial 2022 Woodland Owner of the Year Award is James Leggate Forestry of Five Mile River, Hants County.
Provincial Parks, Wildlife Park Closing Due to Hurricane Fiona
