Communities, Culture and Heritage -- Funding for two new parks along the Shubenacadie River in Hants County will support community and physical activity for Nova Scotians.

Communities, Culture and Heritage -- Gaelic speaking students from Portree High School, Scotland arrived in Nova Scotia and will be visiting from Oct. 8 to 15.

Justice -- Victims of crime in Nova Scotia will benefit from a new $3.75 million multi-year agreement announced today, Oct. 12.

Communities, Culture and Heritage -- Funding for infrastructure improvements at Ski Ben Eoin in Ben Eoin, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, will help support participation in winter sport and recreation and tourism.

Labour and Advanced Education -- Some Nova Scotia high school students returned to the classroom this September with hands-on trades experience and credits towards their high school diploma.
